EULA - End User License Agreement

It is an agreement between you, the user and the author Christoph Buenger (called author in this document). THIS AGREEMENT IS THE SOLELEY AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE AUTHOR. IF YOU DONT AGREE THESE CONDITIONS, YOU ARE PERMITTED TO USE OR INSTALL THE PROGRAM. THE INSTALLATION MAY NOT DO CONTINUED.

1. The software and all provided files are in copyright matters protected. All rights at this product and the provided files are with the author.

2. The program may be further distributed without reservation over on-line media and other media, as long as all files of this installation package are given.

3. At none of the provided files a change may be made. They must remain in their original state, as the author delivered it. Each manipulating the program or a provided file is pursued.

4. The author does not take over any guarantees for damage, which this program could cause possibly. For any damage to hard or software of any kind the user carries the full responsibility.

5. The author does not take over a warranty for it that the program with all components on your computer system co-operates, you with the product is content, the software disturbance and error free works and any errors in a later version to be repaired.

6. This is a test version of the program that lets you test al features for 30 days. If you want to continue using the program after this trial period, you have to buy a valid license. See www.cbuenger.com on how to order a license.

7. The program looks up for a new version every 14 days. Only the data you entered in the dialog "Enter license" is transferred to the server. You agree that if you are using an invalid or illegal license key that your local program can refuse to work properly.

8. With the confirming of these license regulations you recognize these on. They confirm thereby, these lines to have completely read and understand. If you do not agree with one of the points mentioned here, then you press no; They cannot install then the program.
